We work closely together with a select number of clients and their interests are of paramount importance. ‘Our word is our bond’, is the basic rule in our joint efforts to find the right candidate. Both a candidate and a client can expect to always be given our sincere and expert advice. Clear steps, a clear division of roles and an open communication characterize our way of working. We distinguish a number of stages in our approach.
1. Project planning
Before we take on an assignment, we will reach an agreement together with the client about the job description, personality characteristics, the target group of the potential candidates to be approached and the time schedule. InSearch invests time right at the very beginning of a project to create a clear picture of the objectives and culture of the organisation and the critical success factors of the position that is to be filled.
This project plan is the guideline for the search & selection process. It is on this basis that we enter into an obligation of result with our client.

As well as the match on the job criteria, the personality of the candidate combined with the culture of the client’s organisation is also a key element of the interview. This allows us to select only those candidates that fit in with a company based on both hard criteria and personal characteristics.. As we have years of experience and knowledge of the Technology sector we are highly capable of qualifying a candidate for a position. In order to arrive at a successful placement, we carefully advise and supervise the subsequent course of action on the client’s premises.
4. Follow-up
InSearch does not consider the successful filling of a vacancy as a nonrecurring transaction but as a part of a partnership with the client and the candidate. We see it as our task to meet the mutual expectations and to maintain contact with both the client and the candidate after placement.
