InSearch consists of team of experienced Consultants and Search Consultants.
The Management Team consists of:

Sandy has been the owner-manager of InSearch since 2008 and has been active as a headhunter at InSearch since 2000. He has built up a vast network and he has an excellent track record. His focus is on management and senior commercial positions.

Before Sandy took up employment with InSearch, he worked as a Manager at a pharmaceutical company and as a Sales Manager/ Account Manager in the Financial Services Industry.

In 1998 Gert was placed at Telfort by InSearch. In 2006 he joined InSearch and together with Sandy he has been the owner of InSearch since 2008. Gert concentrates on management and senior commercial positions.

Gert has a background in various Sales and Marketing positions in the Technology sector. He worked at BT, Telfort, GPXS and AT&T.

Alexander joined InSearch as a Managing Consultant at the end of 2010. He has been active as a headhunter in the ICT sector since 1997 and he has a vast and strong network he can draw on. In addition to commercial positions Alexander mainly concentrates on delivery and consultancy roles.

During his top sports career Alexander completed an Information Technology study. He started his career as an IT Specialist at TAS only to return to the world of sports as an Exports Manager. In 1997 he changed careers and moved into IT recruitment.

Since the beginning of 2011 Yvette has been working at InSearch again as Operations Manager. She worked as a headhunter for InSearch before and subsequently had her own agency. At InSearch she is responsible for managing the Search Consultants and optimizing the search process.

Yvette has got over 10 years of professional experience in ICT as a Sales and Business Unit Manager.
