Software Delivery Manager

Your Role:
• Support and coach your team of consultants in their day to day activities
• Assist in developing our strategic accounts, always looking for up or cross sell opportunities
• Recruit, select and retain skilled professionals
• Support our partners with their implementations
• Handle any escalations
• Publish content on Agile model driven development that will further develop brand awareness on blogs etc.
Your Responsibilities:
• Realize long term goals for the department
• Take the lead in documenting the best practices this team has developed over the years
• Provide a clear view and a clear revenue forecast
• Ensure quality without compromise on all implementations
• Watch over team health and job satisfaction to ensure continuity
• Execute and report on our formal appraisal cycle
• Accurate invoicing of the services provided by the team
Functie eisen
Your Qualification Profile:
• A Master degree in Business Administration or IT
• People manager who can lead a young eager group of consultants
• A background in custom application development
• 3-5 years of experience working as a delivery manager in a commercial environment
• Sufficient experience in managing and leading a team
• Languages skills: Fluent in both Dutch & English
• Willing to travel

• Able to motivate and coach others; you will be responsible to further develop a team of young and ambitious consultants
• Communication skills; you need excellent communication skills in order to give presentations and engage with our customers

• Commercial mindset; you understand Our Customer’ commercial ambitions and can translate these ambitions to the way you interact with our customers and partners
