Major Dealmaker / Client Solution Executive
You are the lead sales person on a strategic engagement and being responsible for the overall sales effort. You are the architect of large deals, which means working closely with clients at C-level to understand, advise, shape, negotiate and ultimately close largest and most complex deals.
Your excellent consultative selling skills will not only enable you to understand the challenging needs of clients, but also help translate them to scalable, profitable and winning solutions.
You have an in-depth understanding of your client’s business, goals, strategies and industry trends and directions.
Your responsibilities include:
· Leading deal operations from pursuit through to transition,
· As the “CEO of the deal” you coordinate, steer and integrate all necessary business resources,
· Liaising with cross-business unit teams and senior management to turn your client’s needs into a solution,
· Structuring and leading contract negotiations,
· Staying ahead of industry developments and identifying innovative business opportunities and offering elements,
· Anticipating future client problems in industry and information technology trends and develops realistic visions and strategies based on risk management plans,
· Making decisions based on scope of the deal and possible trade-offs to best meet client’s objectives within the limits necessary to win the contract,
· Developing relationships with clients and external associations to enhance position in the market.
You are accountable for specific objectives, including contract signings, profit, expense, and customer satisfaction.
You develop the strategies and tactics that will win the business, including teaming arrangement, alliances, subcontractors, competitive strategies, tactics and responses.
You manage to a high level of customer satisfaction.
You design and implement plans to increase customer satisfaction.
You have overall responsibility for the final proposal to the client.
You have a proven track record of sales success in strategic/complex sales and/or dealmaking,
Your consultative selling skills are excellent, you are a true relationship builder across all levels up to CxO, and an energetic a go-getter,
You are the type of professional who leads by example and thereby naturally inspires the team and others around you to win,
You have experience in leading large complex engagement teams responsible for the development of deliverables, such as client proposal and presentations,
As a strategic sales leader you are comfortable with, and well recognized for, taking complex, unstructured situations and leading the room (both customer and internal) in order to achieve clarity, understanding and agreement,
You have sales experience in outsourcing, private and hybrid cloud infrastructure, cloud managed srvices, data and AI, digital workplace, network and edge, business continuity,
You understand the framework within which an industry operates and the underlying competitive strategies,
You have in-depth working knowledge of the industry and an ability to market very complex solutions and services that are specific to an industry, and
You possess excellent business communication skills in both Dutch and English.
