Regional Sales Director Benelux

Job description

The primary responsibility of the Regional Sales Director Benelux is to effectively develop and manage a cohesive team that properly represents our client's solutions to their customers, resulting in the revenue attainment and customer satisfaction desired by the business.

Main Responsibilities:
Act as a mentor to develop & coach top performing sales representatives.
Effectively communicate and set performance expectations to your team and hold them accountable for their performance.
Lead by example with the highest integrity and ethics.
Effectively communicate to your team a vision aligned with the organisation’s mission, strategy and direction.
Plan and direct activities including planning and implementing forecasts, relationship development and customer satisfaction.
Establish short-term and long-term goals and quotas in line with corporate objectives.
Driving regular meetings with each of your team members / Performance Management reviews / Development sessions … .
Being actively involved in recruitment and talent attraction.
Take an active role in developing strong relationships with your ecosystem (Channel, Product Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, System Engineering)
Provide accurate and dependable revenue projections to the senior management.
Engage in all major transactions ensuring the value is optimized and knowledge is transferred to the account manager.
Ensure customer satisfaction remains high and develop referenceable clients’ interaction.
Effectively communicate our clients' business value to internal and external clients.
Develop and implement a strategy based on your customer set, your team's skill set, competition and business value to achieve desired revenue objectives.
Provide feedback to senior management on customer issues, market trend, and business challenges.

Job requirements

A minimum of 5 years sales management experience.
A proven sales track record in selling enterprise software solutions.
Passionate relationship building and executive-level negotiating skills.
In-depth experience managing complex environments and skilled at forecasting and territory planning.
An aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems.
Excellent organisational, analytical, financial skills and business acumen.
Ability to foster a positive work environment and attitude.
Excellent customer focus, strong attention to detail and ability to operate in a dynamic sales organization.
Trustworthy, adaptable, level headed and ethical.
