Sales Director Infrastructure Services

Job description

The role of the Sales person is to manage and drive the sales effort across all Services and Solutions, Partnership and Alliances.
The candidate should have good connects with key customers and prospects and it should posses great networking skills.
Focus on Enterprise accounts (international organizations, $500M+, 1000fte+) in the Benelux.
Selling Infrastructure Managed Services: DC Management, Network Services, Application Infrastructure Management, Security, Remote Infrastructure Management, Cloud Enablement and Management ITO, etc.
Core to the role will be improving the ROI from the significant investment made in personnel and promotions in the field.
Sales Strategy and Account planning ensuring a comprehensive sales strategy by sector built from the growth targets.
Achievement of sales targets across all sectors to drive the profitable growth of the business.
Establishment of best practices across the team.
Working in conjunction with the other Sales Director ensures key learning’s and practices are embedded into the Organisation operation and support communication to other group / Geo’s.
Management of the virtual sales team to create a high performance team. Develop the potential of all the individuals within the team.
Provide stakeholders and senior management with regular status reports and management information demonstrating performance and progress within the sales function.
Cultivate effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
Champion the company values and culture acting as a role model for the rest of the team.

Job requirements

Significant experience in Sales roles.
Experience of operating in markets and/or companies with significant levels of cultural diversity.
Strong Communication and Negotiation skills and excellent skills to connect at C level.
Articulate and numerate and able to present up to board level.
Outstanding track record in managing sales organizations ideally in high growth companies.
Bachelor’s Degree in a Business related discipline or equivalent.
Business Development experiencein the technology industry.
