Account Executive PaaS

Job description

We are looking for a high-energy, pro-active software sales professional, with a proven track record in selling application ecosystem products and services (e.g. Middleware, Cloud Native, Microservices, Spring, Java .NET etc) to enterprise customers. You will identify and bring to closure our client's PaaS product and service opportunities. You are expected to generate net new business as well as for maintaining and growing relationships with existing accounts. You have a broad experience in C-Level executive interactions and are comfortable talking to business lines of an organization. You are responsible for the overall health and sales performance of the territory of defined accounts. You are an implicit leader of geographically dispersed virtual teams and you are a self starter.

Job requirements

Required Skills / Experiences
Considerable experience of selling enterprise software product and/or technology consulting with focus on Software Development groups, Lines of Business Executives.
Experience using a consultative sales approach.
Able to qualify, execute and close business opportunity.
Proven ability to sell to business line and sell the business value vs. product is KEY.
Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Desired Skills / Experiences
Advanced knowledge around DevOps, PaaS, Agile, Containers, Cloud Application.
C-Level and VP level relationships at key customer contacts (enterprise market).
Previous experience of working in a Start-Up environment.
Experience of selling Enterprise applications in Java EE environments, Cloud applications experience would be an asset.
