Account Manager nearshore IT services
Account manager at our client is a broad and diverse role, with lots of room for personal flavour. You’ll help develop new customers, keep current customers happy and help grow our client in the Dutch market. You are based in the Netherlands but will work internationally, with frequent travel abroad. You’ll be part of a team with other account managers. You’ll report to the Commercial Director, and you’ll work with many different roles across the organisation, from CEO to Delivery Managers and Senior Architects. We are looking for an account manager who has an entrepreneurial spirit and is in favour of business development to on board new customers via reference selling in specific knowledge domains like retail, digital marketing & media, financial services & fintech or mobility services and solutions.

have a Bachelor Degree, a University degree is also great;
have a minimum of five years of experience with Consultative Selling;
are experienced in selling IT-services, ideally with a focus on achieving real customer impact;
like developing and managing customer relationships at different levels (incl. C-level);
have a proven track record in business development and bring a network;
have excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English;
can give engaging presentations, you can tell a good story;
know how to solve challenges with customers, have the ability to lead and take ownership;
have excellent organizational skills, the ability and willingness to take initiative and accept accountability;
love to learn & love to teach.
