Customer Success Manager Customer Identity and Access Management services

Job description

The CSM supports the post-sales customer lifecycle as it relates to customer adoption, improvements, expansions and selling Consulting services. You will be the main interface for all service-related inquiries and build relationships with all relevant stakeholders as trusted advisor in order to maintain customer loyalty & customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers across existing strategic enterprise clients in the Benelux to identify Consulting service opportunities.
Generate demand, positioning, selling and closing Consulting service engagements.
Develop a strong understanding of the customer’s business.
Have intimate knowledge on the client’s current use of our client’s Customer Identity and Access Management platform and advise them on new features they are not using to possibly uncover new business opportunities.
Being the advisor for customers when it comes to digital transformation and Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) and take them into changes and improvements.
Work closely with the Account Executive CIAM platform counterpart to develop a joint success plan for strategic customers.
Exceed Consulting services revenue target.

Job requirements

5+ Years experience in a customer facing role, i.e. Account Management or Customer Success Management
Experience in selling Consulting services / Professional services is a must
Experience with large enterprise customers
Excellent interpersonal skills and strong communicator
Highly consultative with savvy business acumen
Persistence to build relationships
Bachelor/Master degree or obtained by experience
