Enterprise Account Executive

For the Amsterdam office we are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive who excels at building valuable enterprise relationships. Someone with a growth mindset and the pragmatic insight to solve for today while building for the future. You will blaze the path for the organization's growth in the Amsterdam office and this is a ground floor opportunity to take over a rich territory to grow new and existing accounts. As an energetic self-starter, you will:
Expanding existing customers and prospecting into large sized companies across industries and segments in the Benelux
Understanding the formal and informal buying process in the customer's environment
Identifying the customer approvers, decision makers, and influencers, and develop strategies for each to mitigate risk and increase deal confidence
Demonstrate resourcefulness when faced with challenges that defy easy solution
Have intuitive sense of required steps to close business and gain customer validation
Identify robust set of business drivers behind all opportunities
Negotiate favorable pricing and business terms with large commercial enterprises
Develop a deep understanding of customer's business
Ensure high forecasting accuracy and consistency

Job requirements

A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Extensive Enterprise Software sales experience (6+ years)
Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding annual quota and performance targets
The ability to manage complex sales cycles
Ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies
High energy and attention to detail
