Enterprise Account Executive Agentic Workspace
Job description
The way organisations work is changing fundamentally. AI is shifting from assistant to active participant in business processes. Employees are increasingly working alongside intelligent AI agents that gather information, run analyses, kick off processes and follow up on actions.
Our client helps organisations make this transition a reality.
Not by rolling out isolated tools, but by building secure, scalable and frictionless work environments where people, AI, collaboration, security and identity come together. They call this the Agentic Workplace: an environment in which employees and AI agents work seamlessly side by side, and organisations turn their cloud and AI investments into real returns.
The challenge
As Enterprise Account Executive, you're responsible for developing new business and growing accounts within mid-sized and large organisations.
You won't be selling off-the-shelf IT solutions or standalone software licences. You'll be having conversations about digital transformation, AI adoption, modern collaboration, identity governance, security, and the impact of Agentic AI on the way organisations work.
You operate at executive and senior management level, engaging with CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, security leaders and digital transformation leads. Decisions are typically made by large stakeholder groups and carry a strategic weight.
You'll work closely with internal specialists and vendors such as Google and Okta to initiate complex transformation projects and grow them into lasting client relationships.
What will you do?
● Develop new business within mid-sized and large organisations (350 – 5,000+ seats). Many of these organisations are digital native, cloud-first and at the forefront of technological innovation, spanning sectors such as Tech, E-commerce, Retail, Transport & Logistics, Cleantech & Energy, Government and Healthcare.
● Build relationships at executive level.
● Identify organisations that are ahead of the curve in cloud, data and AI adoption.
● Initiate and guide complex sales processes around digital workplaces, identity, security and Agentic AI.
● Build business cases that connect technology to strategic organisational goals.
● Collaborate with vendors such as Google and Okta, and internal specialists, to develop opportunities.
● Spot broader cloud, data and AI challenges within client environments.
● Grow accounts and identify new growth opportunities.
● Actively contribute to account-based marketing, events, thought leadership and reference selling.
What makes this role special?
This role sits at the intersection of AI transformation, cloud adoption, modern collaboration, identity & security, and digital innovation.
You won't be selling traditional IT projects — you'll be helping organisations work in a fundamentally different way.
While many players focus on rolling out technology, our client helps organisations close the gap between insight and action. Not by adding more tools, but by reorganising work itself with the help of cloud, data, identity and AI.
That makes this role a strong fit for commercial professionals who thrive on innovation, complex consultative sales, and building strategic client relationships.
Job requirements
Who are we looking for?
We're not looking for an established senior who mainly lives off existing relationships, but an ambitious commercial professional who thrives on winning complex deals, opening new doors and creating impact.
Whether you're a high-potential ready for your next step into enterprise sales, or a more experienced sales professional with the energy, curiosity and drive to keep growing: we're looking for people who want to excel.
You're someone who looks beyond the client's initial question. You know how to surface latent challenges, take control of the sales process, and help organisations see their issues differently. You don't sell products — you build business cases for change.
What matters to us
B2B sales experience within IT, technology or digital services.
You understand how complex B2B sales processes work and feel at ease in conversations with multiple stakeholders at different levels within an organisation.
Potential over ego.
You're eager to learn, coachable and open to feedback. You have the ambition to keep improving and you're not someone who thinks they already know it all. Development and growth come naturally to you.
A winner's mentality.
You want to succeed, make an impact and keep improving yourself. You draw energy from hitting ambitious goals and are willing to put in the work to get there.
A challenger mindset.
You never settle for a client's first question. You're not afraid to probe further, challenge assumptions, and confront organisations with opportunities or risks they hadn't yet spotted. You know how to distil complex challenges down to the real business drivers behind a change process.
Business acumen.
You quickly understand how organisations function, what interests are at play, and who the real decision-makers are.
A creative go-getter.
When a deal stalls, you find another way in. You're resourceful at finding new entry points, stakeholders and ways to create momentum.
A focus on what matters.
You separate the essential from the trivial and know how to distil complex decision-making down to the topics that truly determine success. You stay in control of the process and keep driving progress and decisions.
What matters less
Specific product knowledge of Google Workspace, Okta or Agentic AI can be learned. Mindset, energy, commercial intelligence and the drive to succeed matter more to us than in-depth knowledge of a specific technology domain.
We believe the best people for this role are curious, entrepreneurial, coachable and ambitious — professionals who want to help organisations take the next step in their digital and AI transformation.
Company profile
Our client is a Dutch IT consultancy and scale-up with international ambitions, helping organisations turn their cloud, security and AI investments into real returns. Since its founding in 2016, the organisation has grown into a leading specialist in digital workplaces, identity & security, cloud technology and Agentic AI.
The organisation is a Google Cloud Premier Partner and is regarded as the Google partner in the Benelux. It also holds the highest partner status with, among others, Okta, and works closely with leading technology partners to guide organisations through their digital and AI transformation.
The organisation serves a rapidly growing client base made up mainly of mid-sized and large, often digital-native and cloud-first organisations at the forefront of innovation. They operate across a wide range of sectors, including technology, e-commerce, logistics, industry, energy, government and healthcare.
Despite strong growth, the organisation has held on to its entrepreneurial character. The culture is informal, pragmatic and non-hierarchical, with plenty of room for ownership, personal development and initiative. Employees are given real room to contribute ideas, make an impact and grow along with the organisation's success.
