I am a fusspot, really, I don’t like doing things by halves and it makes me very happy when a client tells me that I have completed his assignment to his satisfaction. The assignment I get is my starting point. I work hard on this, if only you knew how much work InSearch puts into finding exactly the right candidate for a position. I am not satisfied until everything welds together.

I have grown into my network, I started working in Sales vacancies in the IT sector in 2000 and I now work at the level of senior Sales positions up to Board and Management. This suits me very well, and it suits InSearch very well.
I am proud of our team, we at InSearch are a sum total of qualities and this makes us a leading Executive Search agency in the Technology sector.
I am a driven person and I always aim at the top. Therefore, my wife Annuska and my son Zegna are very important to me. We put a lot of energy in our holidays and city trips. Besides work and my family, sports is my third passion, you will find me at the gym at least three times a week or running in the woods. And in doing this I also push myself to the limit.
